Kinder Morgan Energy Partners (KMP) reaches a deal with its El Paso natural gas business and parent Kinder Morgan (KMI) on a 25-year natural gas transportation agreement. El Paso will provide ~200MMcf/day of transportation capacity through a new, 60-mile pipeline that would extend from existing pipelines in Arizona and connect with a pipeline to be built in Mexico.
