American Tower (AMT) is buying 2K German cell sites from KPN for €393M ($502M). The deal, expected to close in Q4, will give AMT a German presence for the first time - the cell tower owner already operates in India, South Africa, and several Latin American countries, in addition to the U.S. (PR)

    Gotta love it.. the only country in Europe that can pay its bills so far.. no mention of it being accretive but I suspect management will do a great job in making this another great source of FCF
