Down just a bit premarket, Dell (DELL -6.4%) has plunged to levels last seen during the financial crisis as the Street digests the ugly PC sales data in its FQ3 report. Aside from the PC industry's problems, many are concerned over whether Dell's PC ops simply aren't cost-competitive with those of Lenovo and other Asian rivals, and whether their declining scale will make them even less so.     Another "Hell Sell Dell" Day? When will the nightmare end? So many wrote how great Dell can be but they can't help its stock price. Too many Dell short sellers.
