Goldman Sachs says Monster Beverage (MNST +1.8%) is taking down rivals in sales at convenience stores despite negative headlines swirling around the company over potential safety issues. The firm notes Monster's sales are up 23.6%, almost double the pace Red Bull is growing. With its drinks only containing on average about half as much caffeine as a cup of coffee, analysts rate the chances the company coasts through a regulatory probe unscathed as pretty decent.

Outstanding example of what truth and responsible product formulation will provide. In Monster, Caffeine is not the problem, but clear education is. The product is safe .
Please remember Institutional Coffee House Coffee has 20 to 30 milligrams of caffeine per ounce, Monster has approximately 10 milligrams per ounce. Please consider your total caffeine consumption from ALL sources each day.
