Honeywell's (HON -0.9%) sale of its car-care division, which makes Prestone antifreeze, Fram filters and Autolite spark plugs, to New Zealand's Rank Group for $950M likely marks the end of its major asset sales, CEO David Cote says. The deal is part of a big U.S. push for Rank, which last year bought packaging giant Pactiv for $6B.
