GE (GE) backed Altitude Aircraft Leasing Trust reportedly postpones an IPO on the Singapore Exchange from this month until possibly 2013, due to uncertain market conditions and a lack of investor enthusiasm as many funds close books and wind down for the year. Altitude joins a growing list of companies to delay or scrap IPOs because of market volatility.

    Investor enthusiasm???

    Let's find an investor first.

I got my hair cut today, and my barber told me that he has $20,000 in $50 bills in a safe deposit box.

He doesn't even trust the FDIC.

(I didn't bother telling him about my HPQ stock.)

We might have to disinter a few folks if we want enthusiasm.
