MAP Pharmaceuticals' (NASDAQ:MAPP) co-promotion agreement with Allergan (NYSE:AGN) for Levadex might be better than some investors realize. True, Allergan is not offering a fat upfront payment, but the deal leaves MAPP free to market to the huge primary care physician market, while giving the company cash and royalties to offset the cost of building its own salesforce.
