Shares of Alon USA Partners (ALDW) moves higher in its stock market debut after the company priced its IPO of 10M shares at $16 each. Alon Partners was formed by Alon USA Energy (ALJ -1.6%) and owns crude oil refining assets in the southwest U.S. which are marketed primarily to ALJ's convenience stores. It's the 10th MLP to go public since August, and big yields have made them popular.
