SanDisk (SNDK -1.2%) has fallen a bit after a federal appeals court refused to dismiss an antitrust suit filed by Ritz Camera against the flash memory giant. Ritz alleges SanDisk obtained a monopoly-like position in the retail NAND flash memory product market through the enforcement of two patents it considers fraudulently obtained thanks to misrepresentations and a failure to disclose prior art.
