  • kevin, why would they repeat this information? As things are clearing up, I am regressing. This was just an official entry from the case of what the jurors had written, correct? So we still have to wait for what JJ is going to do. What is the purpose for JJ to take so long? To give the 2 companies time to possibly come to a compromise? How long does a judge wait for this? It seems so arbitrary. Thanks for any thoughts

  • yes Judge is trying to reach a settlement

After final judgement VRNG will surely go after 1000s bigger Google Adwords Customers (Adwords currently has more than 1 millions customers...)

Google must pay all bills due to its own indemnity clause

Google should settle or buyout VRNG asap

  • How much longer does Judge Jackson have to make judgement?

  • 1 Juror deliberations
    2 Potential mistrial declarations
    3 Rendering of the verdict
    4 Post-verdict legal motions
    5 Judicial judgment and mandates
    6 Appeals

    we are at number 3

4 - Google has up to 11/29 to file post-verdict motions
and Vringo up to 12/07 for the same

5 - THEN you get final judgement including possible math error correction and future royalties
