Martin Midstream Partners is obviously a publicly traded partnership, or MLP, and pays distributions, not dividends. This is not a semantic distinction: partnerships and corporations are completely different forms of business organization, and the tax treatment of dividends from corporations and distributions from partnerships is COMPLETELY different. Could someone please let the "Dividend Channel" know?
