Facebook's (FB) big run has made a believer of Bernstein's formerly bearish Carlos Kirjner, who upgrades the stock to Outperform with a $33 price target (from $23). "Monetization of mobile gives Facebook more time to address challenges," he writes, expecting a series of earnings beats (or upward revisions to estimates) over the next year. Shares +2.1% premarket.

On Tuesday 27 November Eyeo, the company that has developed the popular software AdBlock Plus, will launch an Android application that blocks all ads displayed on mobile devices.

Will Google let it go through? Isn't there a conflict of interest? Not familiar with Android's app approval (is there even such a thing?) process. If someone else could comment on this, I'd be greatful!

I think there should be a way to technically detect such software before launch of application and ask users to switch it off, otherwise won't let 'em use a product.

Still trying to break the downside gap. I'm guessing it may go higher from short covering.

To me the FB price run is a no brainer, this is a company with a stellar future. Look at the youth of today FB rules their lives, some of us 'more mature' investors don't understand the grip FB has on them. The future is bright for FB and there is money to be made for the comany and us!

    FB employee?

Sorry but all my nephews and nieces are on Twitter these days. Ad wise, I know a few companies/ small businesses who pulled their page due to their slowly increasing ad cost (amidst lackluster returns). I do think FB can stay afloat for awhile. But I doubt it'll be something I'll buy and hold.
