Petrobras (PBR -0.9%) says its October oil and gas output improved from September but still lagged year-ago figures, a five-month trend due to maintenance at the offshore Campos Basin. During the month, PBR produced an average 2.58M boe/day in Brazil and abroad, 1.3% less than 2.62M Y/Y. Production is falling even as PBR moves ahead with a five-year $237B investment plan.

with the limit put on the selling price of gas in brazil and the shift in oil production in the us , i am not sure this [ pbr] would be a good bet for the next 6 - 12 months ..
