Transcept Pharmaceuticals (TSPT) says that its marketing partner for Intermezzo, Purdue Pharmaceutical Products, is launching a national direct-to-consumer promotional campaign, which will include digital, print and television advertising. Purdue has already committed $19M to the project, and TSPT plans to provide an additional $10M. The program will be rolled out over the first six months of 2013. TSPT will host a conference call to discuss its marketing strategy on Tuesday, November 27 at 8:30 a.m. EST.
