No. 2 Russian mobile carrier MegaFon has seen its shares fall 2% in London and Moscow on their first day of trading, after raising $1.7B in an IPO that was Europe's second-largest this year (after Telefonica Deutschland). MegaFon, which sold a 15.2% stake at an $11.2B valuation, competes with top Russian carrier MTS (MBT) and No. 3 VimpelCom (VIP).
