Argentina decides to let oil and gas companies charge much more for new natural gas production, a move YPF CEO Miguel Galuccio says will help fund the company's five-year exploration and production plan. But analysts say more than a gas tariff hike is needed to draw the investment required to fully exploit the potential of the Vaca Muerta field.
