A federal court has tossed out an antitrust suit levied against Facebook (FB -1.3%) by ad company Sambreel. In response to a complaint Facebook was blocking users running Sambreel's software, which can swap out ads and adjust a page's look, a judge ruled "there is no fundamental right to use Facebook." Sambreel's questionable practices - some accuse it of tricking users into downloading its software - probably didn't help its cause. Either way, Facebook has to be relieved in light of other efforts to develop ad-blocking tools.
