SAP chairman/co-founder Hasso Plattner has sold €120M ($155.7M) worth of shares to a bank, which in turn will sell the shares at its own discretion. SAP shares have had a good run in 2012, fueled by solid software license growth and big expectations for its Hana in-memory database. They now trade at 21.7x estimated 2013 EPS.
