SIGA Technologies (SIGA +4.7%) is up strongly after announcing it has received a $12.3M milestone payment from the U.S. government related to a national stockpile contract for its smallpox drug. The company also announced the drug, formerly known as ST-246, will now be called Arestvyr. The stockpile contract has been a source of controversy.
