Morgan Stanley's (MS) head of interest-rate trading - Glenn Hadden - is being investigated by the CME in connection with Treasury futures orders placed in December 2008 while he was still at Goldman Sachs. Hadden stands out at Morgan, helping to revive the bond-trading operation even as the firm overall seeks to cut its exposure to riskier bets.
