Saying "the government has violated the rights of its people," the State Department supports...

Saying "the government has violated the rights of its people," the State Department supports expelling Libya from the U.N. Human Rights Council. The Council meets in Geneva this weekend to discuss ways of stopping the violence. Sounds like a censure of Israel is coming.

    This highlights just how big a joke - and not a funny one either - that the U.N. Human Rights Council is. Well, the U.N. in general for that matter...a big, unfunny and *very* expensive joke.

    Wow - just because Libya strafed the populace with fighter jets and called the citizens 'rats". Well as least we know now what the UN considers 'bad behavior'.

    The UN blames Israel for all the worldly ills and the Democrats blame Bush for all the worldly ills. How convenient for both-never have to take any responsibility this way.
