H-P's (HPQ +1.7%) MphasiS IT/back-office services arm has agreed to buy Digital Risk, a provider of analytics software/services for mortgage providers and insurers, for $175M. MphasiS' CEO  states the deal meshes with his company's efforts to focus on financial services. Digital Risk, whose solutions are used to manage risk and value assets, is expected to deliver 2012 revenue of $127M, and has been growing at a 70% CAGR over the last 3 years. H-P's services ops could use a growth story or two right now. (PR - PDF)
