Janus (JNS -3.9%) opened lower and hasn't bounced after Goldman downgraded it to sell. The stock has been a big winner in 2012, but Goldman says poor fund performance should lead to asset outflows and margin compression. In addition in Dai-ichi's purchase of a 20% stake this summer is now officially old news.
