YRC Worldwide (YRCW -21%) plummets after announcing an agreement in principle with lenders and other stakeholders to restructure the company. The move could result in "a very substantial dilution of existing equity holders," the company says, as some of its debt becomes converted into equity. (PR)

    YRC has been a basket case for a long time due to its own bungling management. I'd be wary of extrapolating this and saying that the entire sector is in danger.
