American Axle (AXL) says its backlog of new and incremental business launching from 2013 through 2015 is estimated at $1.25B in future annual sales. The company also made progress on its customer diversification initiatives, noting that over 50% of its backlog comes from customers other than GM GM, including: Chrysler, Daimler Truck, Ford (F), Honda (HMC), Jaguar Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Nissan (NSANY.PK), Tata Motors, Volvo Powertrain and others.
