Amazon (AMZN -0.1%) grew sales in November at a rate 3X greater than the e-commerce industry as a whole, according to the metrics tracked by ChannelAdvisor. The mark of 43.7% growth comes on top of a 60% rise last year during the important November shopping period.

    ChannelAdvisor usually comes out above the ultimate numbers. Just check what they supposedly grew last year. So +43.7% might not be so positive after all (it being a deceleration from +60%).
