Following through on a threat to target companies based in countries that impose sanctions on him, Robert Mugabe will seize 51% of all foreign-owned mining businesses in Zimbabwe. The largest mining presence in Zimbabwe, Impala Platinum (IMPUY.PK +0.25%) recently began a $450M expansion project.
