The Bangladesh factory where a fire killed over 100 garment workers lost its certification before the tragedy happened, according to the Associated Press. Though Wal-Mart (WMT +0.5%) will once again be thrust into the spotlight over the issue due its involvement at the factory, the company's ability to circumvent troublesome headlines is well-documented.     Wal-Mart audited Tazreen in 2011, giving it an "orange" or high-risk rating. Months later it did a second audit, and early this year the factory was no longer authorized to produce merchandise for the retail giant.

     

    Maybe they should look at Sears
