JPMorgan (JPM) may be buying back less shares than expected in 2013, says Wells Fargo's Matt Burnell, after a meeting with Jamie Dimon. Despite his belief the bank has more capital than necessary, Dimon is biding his time until the overcapitalization of the entire industry becomes more apparent to regulators (soon, he believes).
