Some Google (GOOG -0.9%) news: 1) David Lawee is reportedly being replaced as Google's M&A chief by company lawyer Don Harrison. Lawee will now head a Google late-stage investment fund. Did Motorola's performance influence this move? 2) The Hill reports Democratic commissioner Edith Ramirez has become a swing vote determining whether the FTC proceeds with an antitrust suit.
