The performance of Red Lobster and Olive Garden in particular are in focus for 2013.

You can't publicly diss your employees and then expect the public to support you. Plus, if your employees are unhappy, it carries over to how they treat the customer.

Talked to a Darden employee just two days ago. She had just received their new employee benefit package with medical, retirement etc. She is very happy with it and had no idea why people might be saying that Darden dissed their employees. She had no clue as to why this is being said. She was very happy working for Darden.
