Dynex Capital (DX) declares a Q4 dividend of $0.29/share, no change from Q3's level. Unlike some of the pure-agency mortgage REITs that will need to cut dividends, Dynex has a sizable portion of its assets in non-agency paper, and is thus somewhat insulated from the negative effects of the Fed's MBS purchases.
