Canadian patent troll Wi-LAN (WILN) is suing Research In Motion (RIMM) in Florida for allegedly infringing a Bluetooth patent, and is seeking bans on numerous BlackBerrys to go with unspecified damages. Wi-LAN had already sued RIM in Florida over another Bluetooth patent, and over the "sym" button found on older models.
