    Take out 'Yemen'. Replace with Obama.

     

    Now, take out 'shot dead'. Replace with Zerocare.

     

    Take out 'wounded by security forces'. Replace with died in ERs.

     

    This works also. Or, at least it will very soon once the health exchanges are crammed down our throat.
