In "the most important class-action case facing the court in over a decade," Wal-Mart (WMT) will urge the Supreme Court next week to reject the huge sex discrimination lawsuit brought by female employees seeking billions of dollars. The ruling could change the legal landscape for workplace class-action lawsuits and affect many cases, including a similar one against Costco (COST).

    I hope WMT wins this by unanimous decision. No positions in WMT, either. The arguments they cite as examples to classify this as a class action are laughable.

    "discrimination" is the greatest communist "meme" since the invention of labour unions.. that's why asia is so competitive in relation to the U.S.... you have the freedom to hire and fire who you please and very efficiently.
