Market recap: Stocks gave back gains to finish flat, as investors reassessed the implications of the Fed's new asset purchases and its pledge to keep interest rates low as long as unemployment remains above 6.5%. After a quick pop, the news seemed to remind everyone just how weak the U.S. economy is. Crude oil gained 1.1%; 10-year Treasurys yields rose to 1.7% as Bernanke finished his talk.
