Cerner (CERN) says its board has authorized a $170M stock buyback. Based on today's closing price, approximately 2.1M shares, or 1.2% of the company's float, could be repurchased. The buback is intended to offset a portion of the dilution created by future equity grants and will be funded from working capital.
