European shares close mixed, showing little reaction to the Fed's new policies. Italian shares get a late boost on word Monti has cut a deal with Berlusconi which could keep him in the PM's seat. Angela Merkel has also reportedly asked Monti to run in upcoming elections. Stoxx 50 -0.2%, led on the upside by Italy, +0.7%, and down by Germany, -0.4%.
