More on Adobe: Subscriptions rose to 17% of sales in FQ4. The company expects to exit FY13 with ~125M free and paid Creative Cloud subs, and with the business on a $685M annual run rate. The digital marketing business, which has seen a slew of acquisitions, is expected to post 25% bookings growth and 20% revenue growth in FY13. Its sales rose only 8% Y/Y in FQ4 thanks to slumping LiveCycle/web conferencing sales.
