Pfizer (PFE) is apparently considering a January or February launch for its $4B IPO of its Zoetis unit. A final launch decision will depend on the market however, but Pfizer is convinced that an IPO is the way to go, as the unit's hoped-for $20B valuation has priced it out of the range of potential strategic buyers.

    I believe what will transpire is shareholders of PFE will receive shrs in the IPO, up to 180 days after it debuts. My guess we`ll see 1/10 or 1/7 shrs.Either way this will be huge...
