A San Diego jury rules Apple (AAPL) and LG Electronics didn't infringe Alactel-Lucent (ALU) video-compression patents. Alcatel, which has been looking for ways to better monetize its IP, was seeking $182.4M in damages. (previous)

    Now a days any good news on Apple is bad and bad news on Apple is worst. Stocks goes down on every news.

    the banckrupcty issue is off the table now
    Alcatel-Lucent Secures $2.1 Billion Debt Financing from Credit Suisse, Goldman
    that is an excellent news,
    will give ALU time (good 3 years) to get their act together
    the picture is brighter,
    there is some light at the end of the tunnel
    we may see ALu trading at 30% to 50% higher and who knows how high it can fly,
    i am long Alu
