With Riversdale (OTC:RFLMF) about to slip through its fingers, Rio Tinto (RIO +1.7%) lowers the acceptance condition on its A$3.9B ($4B) offer to 47% of Riversdale shares from 50%. The company has also reportedly entered into talks with major Riversdale shareholder CSN.
