Europe closes little changed, led on the upside by Italy +0.2%, and on the downside by the U.K., -0.1%. The action is in the euro, which has had a big run over the last hour, now +0.4% to $1.3132 - right around the highest level going back to late April. In case you hadn't noticed, the Stoxx 50 (FEZ) is outperforming the SPY by nearly 200 basis points YTD.
