Looking for ways to halt share losses to AT&T and Verizon, MetroPCS (PCS) and Leap Wireless (LEAP) are now providing financing options for prepaid phone purchases. MetroPCS merger partner T-Mobile USA recently said it would end phone subsidies, but offer installment plans for purchases.
