China's new leadership has reiterated its intention to re-balance the country's economy so that it relies more on domestic consumption, and less on exports and capital investment in state-owned corporations. The idea is that growth will be of a higher "quality and efficiency" even if that means that it's slower. Over on MarketWatch, Craig Stephen is not convinced .
