Dahlman Rose takes a shine to the airline sector, upgrading United Continental (UAL) and Delta Air Lines (DAL) to Buy from Hold while lifting JetBlue (JBLU) to Hold from Sell. A rosy forecast on demand issued last week from the IATA is still resonating in the sector.

    I don't know why JBLU would go to a sell. The CONT/United contract is a start but the seniority integration is still going to cause some problems and inefficiencies. DAL is still my choice.
