Stanton proves as evil as Hesse.
So now, after 3 years of class action litigation and the lawyers get paid, Cl A shareholders get an additional $.43/ share (or something like that) in 5 years?!
What an ignominious finish -- green eyeshades trumps the visionaries!

    Headcoach, where are you?

*sigh*, it just seems like Clearwire had too much debt and didn't want to auction off their spectrum to unwilling buyers. I guess this just happens sometimes...cue the lawyers who will sue on behalf of CLWR shareholders.

Now what will happen? Will we get equal shares of Sprint at $2.97 or cashed out?

And what other result could there be? S owns 49% the largest share holder. Who else would step in to that mess?
