Endeavour International (END -21.1%) says a previously announced deal to acquire ConocoPhillips' (COP) interest in U.K. oil fields in the North Sea has been terminated after failing to agree on terms related to the timing and amount of collateral required for future decommissioning costs. The deal's collapse prompts a share downgrade by Global Hunter, to Accumulate from Buy.
