JPMorgan launches coverage on Tesla Motors (TSLA) with a tepid Neutral rating and $37 price target. With the rubber about to meet the road for the electric vehicle automaker on meeting production goals, the firm will stay on the sidelines for now.

    They were covering TSLA for a few years. At the beggining of 2012 when shares were at $24 level, JPMorgan had overweight rating on TSLA with price target of $40.
