Baker Hughes (BHI -1.5%) warns that operating margins at its North American segment will fall to 8.5%-9.5% in Q4 from 11.7% in Q3, with revenues also set to drop. BHI blames "weaker than anticipated onshore activity" and further price falls at its pressure pumping operations. BHI faces headwinds overseas as well but still expects its international operating margin to be similar to the 12% it recorded in Q3.
